Hi my name is Muffin! I’m a happy, healthy and playful little pup. I was born on 2/13/24. My mom came to New Start Dog Rescue when me and my siblings were still in her tummy. So we were born in a foster home and have been well taken care of since birth. I currently weigh 15 lbs. Not sure who my dad was but my mom is 35 lbs. and is a Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix. I’ll probably get to be more than that cause I’m a chunky baby right now! The rescue sent out a DNA test on me and my siblings, turns out we’re part Australian Cattle Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American English Coonhound, Miniature Pinscher, and Supermutt! Talk about a great mix!

Local adoptions only. We do not adopt out of the state of Illinois. Puppies are being fostered in a private home. Appointments to meet them will be set up for approved adopters only. The adoption fee is $350 which includes all age appropriate vaccines. The puppies are neutered/spayed and microchipped.
