Shorty is 18 months old. He is fully vaccinated, neutered, heart worm negative, on flea/tick and hw preventatives.
Shorty is very active and would love kids to play with outside and run! He has some beagle so his nose is down to the ground looking a lot.
Shorty can be a little mouthy and he likes to bark when others bark so no one can show up unannounced. No cats. He also loves being lap dog. Shorty is not crate trained and has had full run of the house. He is partially house trained but still has accidents if his signal to go out is missed.

Our small, volunteer based, non-profit was formed in September 2023. Our city run shelter was grossly underfunded so we stepped in to fundraise and financially assist with vet care, transports, and food for the animals at the shelter. In January 2024, our city council decided to no longer fund the animal control department. Since that time, we have continued to assist with the care of animals in our community. Our goals are to find fantastic forever homes for these amazing dogs and focus on spaying and neutering homeless animals in effort to greatly reduce the vicious cycle of unwanted litters born on the street.
