It is impossible to look at little Pugsley and not smile! Doesn't he have the most adorable underbite? Although Pugsley has a somewhat serious expression, he is actually a jolly little fellow and is a real sweetheart! He has a happy heart and a zest for life and is extremely portable due to his small and compact size.

The Eastern Madera County SPCA was incorporated in 1990. We are in an area with the highest euthanasia rates in the U.S. Our area is 45 minutes from the county shelter where thousands of animals die each year. Our goal is to promote adoption, offer spay/neuter assistance, and educate the public about proper animal care.
