Meet Fiona, a gentle 9-month-old pup who is just starting to come out of her shell. While initially a bit timid on leash with her head and tail down, Fiona slowly warms up and becomes more comfortable in new situations. She seems to fit in well with other gentle dogs and enjoys their calm companionship.

Fiona is at risk for euthanasia due to medical condition. She arrived at the shelter and has a luxated patella and will require surgical repair. We feel she needs immediate placement with an adopter, foster or rescue partner willing to take on her medical needs.

Come visit us and meet our wonderful adoptable pets! All adoptions are first come, first serve. All pets in the shelter must be adopted in person at 1818 North Westmoreland Road.

You must be 18 years-old to adopt a pet.

When picking up your new pet, please bring your driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID.
