My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ruby and her litter mates were born in a shed and not shown affection until they were adopted at 5 months old. She was the sweetest and most docile of the 3 that were left. They were tossed food and given water, but never loved on until she came into our family. scared of most men (except my husband and teenage sons) but has warmed up to a few that are regulars around our house. Shes learned a lot of tricks and she listens well. We have another dog that she adores, but she barks like crazy when another dog or person walks past our front yard if theyre outside. Shes great on walks and doesnt pull on the leash. She remains calm while on walks even when we pass a yard with dogs. Shes outgrown her shoe chewing puppy stage, but still digs holes if something smells interesting enough. We have chickens, ducks, a turkey, and geese, and shes learned that they are not food, but I dont leave them unsupervised with the birds. Shes amazing with our 18 month old granddaughter.
