THIS IS A COURTESY PUBLICATION. THE ANIMAL RESCUE NETWORK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MARCEL'S ADOPTION. TO ADOPT MARCEL, PLEASE CONTACT HIS FAMILY DIRECTLY USING THE CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW.
Marcel is 8 years old, neutered, microchipped and not declawed. Marcel is very calm, clean, in good health (despite being slightly overweight), is a very good hunter, likes peaceful environments and tries to avoid noise and hectic surroundings. He avoids young children and doesn't get very close to other animals, but shows no aggressivity. He is, however, very affectionate with adults and older children. He'll quickly invite himself onto your lap (and will certainly be curious to try your guests' laps) once seated on the sofa or any chair, during any activity (teleworking, reading, watching TV, or even over a drink with friends!) and will seek to cuddle you with his muzzle.
We have 2 young children (0-2 years) and he's becoming less and less tolerant of the chaotic activity that accompanies our new daily routine. We're very sad to see him isolating himself more and more. He spends a lot of time outdoors, and is running out of quiet places in our home to escape the noise and growing activity of our children. Since the situation won't improve for him for a few more years, my wife and I are looking to find him a new, more peaceful environment where he can get more attention and start seeking the affection he so cherishes.
Contact us if you're interested in offering him a home that will suit him: David, 514-909-5301, davidallard06@me.com
