Update - Waylon spent the day in Nashville, visiting shops and meeting new people. He was perfect! He was curious but not rambunctious while in the shops. Waylon met new people politely, enjoying pets but not overly enthusiastically! He was calm when seeing other dogs in town. Simply a perfect dog to take out on the town!

Waylon adores outdoor adventures, especially splashing in creeks during walks, turning even the simplest outing into a joyful exploration. His playful spirit shines brightest when he's jumping high in the air to catch balls, a sight that never fails to bring smiles and laughter. For a chunky guy, he's very athletic!
One of Waylon's favorite pastimes is learning new tricks, especially when there are treats involved-he's always eager to show off his latest skills with a wagging tail and a big grin. He will be a fun dog to teach new tricks to.
After a little exercise, Waylon is ready to settle in for some lovin'. He is very sweet and affectionate with his human friends, leaning in close for pets and sharing kisses. His previous owners stated that Waylon loves car rides and is house trained.
Waylon has made several doggy friends at the shelter. He loves to chase and be chased. He has mastered a terrific spin move and does somersaults to keep his playmates guessing! Such a fun boy!
