Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Butter Pecan is a bright eyed bundle-of-joy who loves you already! Squee- she is so good-natured and adorable. When not immersed in playing with toys, this cuddle bug is submissive with doggies and enjoys romping with them. Butter Pecan is terrific with toddlers and has lived with children of various ages. (has not been with cats). She is catches on quickly to learning tricks and will sit upon request. Crate trained, she sleeps well through the night, Birthdate is 1/11/2024, 38 lbs. house trained, her $300.00 adoption fee includes age appropriate vaccines, spay and microchip. Lovingly cared for in a foster home, but this sweet cookie can't wait to grow up with a family to call her own!

More about this rescue
Two by Two Rescue began in 2002 when two ladies met and began feeding strays in Old Town Helena, Alabama. The rescue has grown to a 501 C (3) volunteer, no-kill organization. Our goal is to save the lives of abandoned, unwanted, and abused animals, and educate the public about responsible pet care. We care for these rescues in private foster homes. Our animals are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped regardless of breed, age, or medical cost. We receive no state funding or government assistance. We survive by the donations of caring people, fund raising, and adoption fees.
Follow us on Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/twobytworescue
On February 7, 2009, our founder received Pedigree's national "Shelter Organization Hero" Award as a result of her dedication to animal rescue.
We are always in need of foster homes and volunteers so that we can save lives. Please contact us if you would like to be a member of our rescue family. Please submit your information by completing a foster home/volunteer questionnaire from our website www.twobytworescue.com
