Here's what the humans have to say about me:
June is here to brighten your days with her lovable charm and unwavering loyalty!
Rescued from a barn in Central Wisconsin, June's journey has transformed her into the perfect blend of Cattle Dog and Australian Shepherd goodness. Despite humble beginnings, June radiates intelligence, sweetness, and an eagerness to please.
Food is her love language, making training a breeze. Whether it's mastering commands or perfecting her potty routine, June's quick wit and natural recall shine through.
June's heart belongs with her people, snuggling by your feet and reveling in belly rubs. She's a social butterfly, making friends with everyone she meets - humans, dogs, and even cats!
FEE INCLUDES: Adopting an adult dog (6 months or older) includes spaying/neutering, vaccinations, deworming, flea & tick prevention, heartworm testing, and microchipping.
For dogs under 6 months, they receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and microchipping. All dogs are spayed/neutered by 6 months, covered within the adoption fee. The procedure must be done at one of our partner clinics.
To begin the adoption process, please submit an application on our website: www.hbwi.org/adopt. Once approved, you'll have the opportunity to meet our available dogs. Following the meeting, you can initiate a 5-day Adoption Trial, allowing you to take the dog home. This trial period is designed to ensure the dog is a match for you and aligns with your lifestyle. After the 5-day trial, if all goes well, the adoption will be finalized. Additionally, we require a home visit once the dog is settled in its new home to ensure a smooth transition for both the dog and the adopter.
