My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Toro, the fluffier half of this dynamic duo! Named after the prized "fattier" part of sushi, Toro is 90% fluff and 100% charm. This laid-back kitty loves to lounge in the sun, and while he might look like he's all about relaxation, don't be fooled—Toro's playful side comes alive with ribbon toys and laser pointers. Watch out for his adorable cross-eyed look when he’s excited! Toro and his brother Sake arrived at our rescue after they were left on hold at a high-kill shelter indefinitely until they were 'red-listed'--when they'd never even been given a chance!

The boys have been with their amazing foster mom for a few months now. Now, Toro is thriving, loving life perched on a dining room chair or in the window, chirping at birds. He’s inseparable from Sake, often chasing him around the house or grooming him lovingly. These angels would be a wonderful addition to any home!
