My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Wyatt! aka Ticket. If you adopt him, you will feel like you got the winning ticket. He is Sweet- the perfect blend of play and cuddles.

Ticket is a showstopper with his great smile and fancy white stockings. He is a handsome guy and super friendly. He has always been foster mom's favorite out of the litter. His name on his records is Wyatt, but she calls him Ticket. When picked up when he was younger he would open his mouth. Foster mom thought he looked a little like a turtle, so Ticket Turtle became his nickname. While he can be pretty rambunctious playing with the other dogs, he has a sweet side and loves to cuddle or just nap quietly at your feet.

Ticket is house trained, crate trained, and doing well with leash training. Wyatt is well socialized growing up around other dogs, cats, and children. Great with everyone he meets.

Mom is a 40 lb black and white hound mix. The male in the home "Dad" is also about 40-50 lbs breed unknown but they look like mama! We think he is be about the same full grown.

Submit Application

Applications let us know about you, your home and what you are looking for in a pet. Take time to fill these out. This is our first glimpse.

2.
Interview

Your application looks good. We might still have some question. You might have questions too. Foster parent will reach out to you.

3.
Meet the Pet

Adoption is a family decision. We want to meet with everyone in the home including current dogs.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If everything works out at the meet and greet, the contract is signed. You agree to keep your dog safe, register their microchip. etc

5.
Take the Pet Home

Often times the pet can go home same day. If you are not ready, let us know we will give you a couple of days to get prepared.

-All of our dogs are in loving foster homes where they can learn best what it is to be a part of the family; we never board our babies.
-Each dog that does through our rescue will have Lifetime membership. If they need to come back for any reason we welcome them with open arms.
-Ohana means family and family means no one is left behind or forgotten. When a family of pups is in need we help the whole family.
