My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ash, a lovable 8-month-old Lab-Pitbull mix who's ready to bring boundless energy and affection into his new home. With a sleek black coat and playful white paws, Ash is a charming companion with a heart full of love. He's great with kids, cats, and other dogs, making him a perfect addition to any family. Whether he's playing fetch, cuddling up for a nap, or making new friends, Ash is sure to win hearts wherever he goes. If you're looking for a loyal and joyful buddy, Ash is your guy!

Ash's base adoption price is $100, with an additional refundable $50 deposit that gets you a voucher for a free spay/neuter from one of our three area veterinary clinic partners: Alpena Veterinary Clinic, Switzer Veterinary Clinic, or Sunrise Veterinary Clinic. Once proof is provided that the altering surgery has occurred, HHS will issue a $50 refund check.

All animals adopted from the Huron Humane Society receive a free vet visit from your choice of one of our three Alpena Veterinary clinic partners, as well as the peace of mind of knowing your new furry family member is up-to-date on vaccinations and preventative treatments.
