Estrella is a 2 yr old shepherd mix with a heart of gold and a gentle soul. This southern belle is the epitome of charm and grace. She adores affection and cuddles, melting hearts with her soulful eyes and wagging tail. She recently had puppies and was the best momma ever. Now it`s her turn to find a new home where she can receive all the love she deserves. She`s been in foster for a few weeks and is doing amazing there, is housetrained, walks well on leash! Our adoption center is located at 575 Woodland Avenue in Madison, New Jersey. We are open for adoption on a walk-in basis daily 1:30-6 pm (Thursdays 3-6 pm). If you arrive after 5:30, there is a possibility we may not be able to complete an adoption that day. Please note that we cannot put animals on hold.

St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to the humane treatment of animals. It operates animal shelters in Madison, North Branch and Ledgewood, New Jersey and one of the largest professional dog training and behavior centers in the country at its Madison campus. Humane Education and community outreach assistance are among its programs offered to the community. St. Hubert’s also provides animal control services by contract in several municipalities in proximity to the shelters.
