MEET KARLA, a gentle soul with a heart full of love. This sweet, friendly, and curious 2-year-old Dobie has an unquenchable thirst for life. She was rescued from a California shelter this year and was extremely emaciated, weighing only 56 lbs. She clearly had been used for breeding. Now, only a few months later, she has blossomed into a happy, loving, and sweet dog, who is ready to share her life with a caring family. And she now weighs 72 lbs! Despite Karla's sad past, she remains loyal and mellow, embracing every moment with a happy smile. Her intelligence is awe-inspiring, and she is a joy to train. Her unwavering loyalty will touch your heart. Karla is dog-friendly and would be a wonderful addition to a home with another canine companion. She deserves a forever home where she can continue to explore her curiosity, share her love and bring joy to those around her. Karla needs a foster or forever home. Please email for an application.
