My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Age: 2 years
Found: At 2 months old, after being thrown into a sewer in Pakistan
Current Location: Pakistan
Travel to the U.S.: Yes, planned for end of July/early August
Ideal Home Location: Preferably California, but open to all U.S. locations
Compatibility with Cats: Unknown
Adjustment Needs: May require patience as she adjusts to a new home and environment
Looking for: A caring adopter willing to offer patience and love

Two years ago, Shore's story began in the most heart-wrenching way when she was found at just 2 months old, discarded in a sewer in Pakistan. Despite this traumatic start, she has grown into a loving and resilient dog, ready to share her affection with a family willing to look past her rough beginning.

It's been two long years since her rescue, and Shore has yet to find her forever home. Now, with plans to travel to the U.S. by the end of July or early August, Shore is on the brink of a life-changing opportunity to finally belong.Shore's past experience means she might need a bit more time and understanding to adjust to a new home, especially if there are other pets.

Since her interactions with cats are not known, a home that can gently introduce her to new animal companions would be ideal. This is more than just an adoption; it's a chance to radically transform Shore's life. If you're ready to provide the loving, patient home Shore has been waiting for, let's make her dream of a forever home come true.

Additional adoption info

We rescue dogs and cats from Vietnam and Pakistan. They are survivors of the dog and cat meat trade and dog culling and this chance at a home might be their only chance at survival. Once you've seen a dog you're interested in, we'll complete the interview and home check over the phone and video, and go from there!

By adopting a rescue from Project Save Animals, you will bring us one step closer to improving the plight of the animals in Pakistan. More about this rescue

Project Save Animals firmly believes in the sanctity and protection of animals. We know how brutally animals are treated
around the world and aim to minimize their suffering in a multitude of ways.

Our Mission:
We aim to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome all animals that have been compromised in any shape or form. Our TNVR campaigns, animal awareness campaigns, and direct rescue operations at places where animal abuse is most prevalent help give a new life to these creatures who are desperately in need of it. Our rescued animals get adopted all over the world in homes where they are loved and cared for in the best way possible.

Our Vision:
We strive to end animal abuse on all levels, macro, and micro. We staunchly believe that all animals deserve to be loved unconditionally, regardless of their breed or conditions where they are born in. We envision a world where animals are welcomed warmly instead of being brutalized and want to play our part in making this a reality, one rescue at a time.

Our Ethos:
We believe that every animal rightfully deserves a good quality of life, irrespective of their breed, disabilities, or any other anomalies that may set them apart. We understand that rescue and rehabilitation require empathy, compassion, and teamwork from an array of different individuals and we work to provide a platform where all these qualities can come together for the betterment of these animals.
