This puppy was found wandering our neighborhood and my 10 year old son, being the animal lover that he is, got some dog food from a friend and coaxed her back to our house. She was clearly scared but very calm and gentle. We decided to foster her and find her a new home. After some food/water and some pets, she has come out of her scared state from being on the street and began to show her personality. She very sweet and affectionate. Like any puppy, she can get pretty hyper, but listens well and seems very trainable. We expect she’ll grow to be a Medium to Large dog based on visual clues, but without knowing her breed for sure, this is hard to know for sure. She loves playing with my ten year old and other than jumping up (hasn’t learned not to do this yet), she also plays well with our 3 year old daughter.
This young puppy would make a great family pet for anyone who is looking for a new member of the family. We have begun crate and house training and will update shots.
