More than just a pretty face, TGPR's Hobbes is a supremely sweet and constantly happy boy. He's a young kid and a big pup so he needs a family that is experienced working with a big teenager dog. He loves his snacks which makes training with him pretty easy. Don't tell his Pyr friends, but he likes to play fetch. He's still young and so still busy, but he's showing signs of relaxing into that lovable "living rug" dog that we all know and love. He knows his basic skills, is crate and house trained, and rides well in the car. If you'd like to learn more about this big handsome fella, let your favorite TGPR volunteer know. TGPR is a 501.c.3 organization dedicated to the protection and rescue of Great Pyrenees in Texas and surrounding areas.

TGPR helps Great Pyrenees that are considered at-risk for physical/mental injury, cruelty and abandonment and that may be subject to euthanasia and inhumane treatment.

We have Great Pyrenees of all different ages. We want to find just the right Pyr for you. We also adopt out of state, so don't hesitate if you aren't in Texas!
