My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Piper is about 1 year old and weighs about 25 pounds. We think she looks like a mix of Schnauzer and Petite Basset Griffon Vendeen (PBGV for short). She and her sister/mother, Greta, were found by a citizen and the pair were not reclaimed at animal control. Both were very shy and scared at animal control. Once we got them out of "dog jail", they warmed up very quickly. Piper now comes when called and is allowed outside to run free for potty breaks.

She is still shy, but also is a magnet for attention and enjoys being petted. Piper has shown no aggression over food or toys or competitors for attention. She will be a fine pet for a patient and positive adopter.

Piper has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and tested for heartworms. Her adoption fee is $350.00.
