Can you spare a few belly rubs for a snuggly buddy who'd love to curl up next to you on the couch? Then Turtally Awesome is your girl! Come meet her and see all the ways she turtally lives up to her name. After coming to APA with a broken pelvis in the spring, she has bounced back to full activity. She's a rock star at leash walking (no pulling!) and loves long walks. She's even begun going to playgroup with a few friends. As a CGC (Canine Good Citizen) trainee, Turtally has mastered sit, down, and wait/stay. She also does well in the crate for several hours--especially when she has one of her favorite knotted rope toys. Give this spunky little girl a chance and you will have the most Turtally Awesome best friend ever.

Step two:
Using the provided contact form here or on the APA! website, you can send an inquiry on the animal(s) you are interested in.

Step three:
Our adoption team will connect you to the foster home or someone at the shelter location where the animal is currently living to learn more about the animal and potentially set up a visit!

Step four:
After meeting the animal you would like to adopt, instructions for completing the adoption paperwork, scheduling an appointment, and picking up your new family member will be shared with you!
