Howdy there, Pepper is my name! I am a cutie that’s for sure. Well, at least that is what my caretakers at The Charming Cat Corner tell me. I have the most adorable face. Don't you agree? My caretakers like to point out my little underbite that makes me as cute as a button. Along with my rather handsome and charming looks, I also have a purr-fect personality. I am very affectionate. I absolutely love my people. I love head pats and of course, being close to those I love. I am just a big teddy bear 100%! If your lap is open, I will hop right up to be by your side. If you have a cozy couch, then I will be the best couch potato that will sit next to you during TV night! I just love my people.
I am also not shy to say that I am indeed a big boy. When I was first dropped off, I weighed in at over 20 lbs! Due to my weight, I had to be put on a special urinary diet to ensure that I did not develop any bladder issues. I also had a hard time with exercise from time to time due to my excess weight. However, with a lot of playtime and of course, a limit on my food intake, I am now down to just over 17 lbs! I still have a ways to go until I hit my goal weight. Because of this, I have to be on my special diet, as it is unsure if I will develop any urinary issues due to my past weight. This is why I am listed as "special needs".
