Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Phoebe was found outside as a friendly stray possibly from a nearby feeder that doesn't fix his cats. She is extremely sweet and playful. She loves affection and likes to sleep with you. She wants to be wherever you are. Usually gets along with other cats although doesn't seem to bond to any of them.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Potential adopter fills out and submits adoption application for specific pet or general application to find pet that will fit well in home.

2.
Interview

Phone call or in-person discussion to answer further questions that may not be on application. May also be for finding appropriate pet.

3.
Meet the Pet

Introduction to see if pet/adopter are a good fit for each other.

4.
Approve Application

If pet and adopter are a good fit, application is approved and adoption process begins.

5.
Home Check

Home check may occur before or after application approval. Home check may also be required after adoption in some cases.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Adopter signs legally binding adoption agreement. Adoption fee usually paid by adopter at this time.

7.
Take the Pet Home

Pet goes home with adopter. For the Love of Cats Inc. reserves the right to reject/reverse adoption at any point during this entire process.

Additional adoption info

Application, Interview and Meet And Greet. Home Visits as well. No one under 18 can adopt without parental consent
