Maurice is the very best boy!! His siblings were adopted very quickly and for some reason he continues to be overlooked. He has been a favorite in his foster home for the whole two years he has been there, always welcoming the new cats and kittens with a friendly sniff and playing very well with the other cats. Maurice also lived with a friendly large dog in the past and seemed to enjoy his company. He will need to be adopted into a home with another friendly feline he can befriend and hang out with. He loves lasers and balls you shoot in the air that he can chase. Maurice is loving, affectionate and just an all-around great guy. He would do best in a home without small children since little feet may make him nervous.
All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are:
Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125
Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100
Seniors (8+ years) = $80

If you are interested in adopting a cat(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / Adopt a Furry Friend / Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact catapplication@furryfriendsnetwork.com. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet cats you might be interested in. We are an all-volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process.
