Meet Brie, an 11-month Border Collie/Shepherd mix who is playful, inquisitive and friendly. A happy girl, she loves meeting new people and warms up quickly to strangers. Brie has a gorgeous shiny black coat with adorable "crushed Oreo cookie" feet. A smart girl, she has excellent recall and comes romping to you when you call out her name. Additionally, she knows several introductory commands ("Sit", "Watch", "Wait" and "Down") and is learning more each day. Although new to leash walking, she has quickly learned that skill and enjoys exploring the surrounding trails.

A fit and affectionate young dog, Brie enjoys playing with her siblings and the other pups at the rescue. A lover of humans too, it doesn't take much coaxing for her to flop over for a belly rub and some personal cuddles. An athletic girl with plenty of energy, she would be a wonderful running, hiking or biking buddy. Brie is also crate trained and walks into her crate without protest, as she knows it means nap time or mealtime!
