My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is sweet Phoebe! She was surrendered to the shelter thru no fault of her own. She came from a rough home life and is a bit timid yet. But she has a lot of love to give. She enjoys going for long walks and sniffing all the grass. She is 5 years old and weighs around 50 lbs.
Phoebe would like to lay on your couch and hang out. Fill out your app at hsop.org for this precious pup.

If you are interested, you can fill out an application online at https://www.hsop.org/copy-of-adoption-application

* Please note that PetFinder Inquiries do not count as applications, and we often do not see them. To speak to an adoption counselor, you can fill out an application on our website or give us a call at 304-422-5541! *
