Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Goose is a clever and loving Chow/Spaniel mix who really deserves the right home! She is house-trained, very gentle indoors, and knows a few tricks like sit and shake. She also loves a bit of cheese as her reward.

She adores going on walks, though she’s still learning not to pull – she’s just so excited to be out-and-about. When you grab the leash, Goose does a funny little prance with her front paws in anticipation! And when she walks, the tips of her ears bob up and down like little wings.

Goose is very loyal and gentle when people are respectful of her – no touching her paws or her behind. Her previous foster needed to rehome her because Goose does not get along with small dogs, and we need to rehome her because she does not get along with our cat. So, it would seem that she would do best in a home where she is the only dog, with no cats, and with kids old enough to understand that animals need to have their space respected.

PACA is a Foster-Based Rescue with no shelter.

We have adoption clinic on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 11a-2pm at 6300 San Mateo (along the grass next to Academy Rd) in the southern end of the Spouts Market parking lot volunteer staffing/weather permitting.

The $250 adoption fee covers S/N, microchip, vaccines and heartworm/tic borne illness testing.
