Talulah is a 5 year old hound mix with a tough start to life! She's a sweet, quirky girl who's finally learning what it means to be loved and cared for. She is not big on human affection as she was rescued from a hoarding situation and didn't have much human interaction early in life. However, she's been learning how to be a family dog over the last few months, following the lead of her foster dog sisters and building confidence. She is slow to warm up and prefers to hang back, but she loves a good cuddle at the end of a long day and is good on a leash. She loves her walks! She would do well as a companion to a dog sibling. When she is around a confident dog she does so good! She is potty trained, crate trained, and leash trained. She's a sweet, lower energy girl just waiting to find her forever home!
To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. We don't get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
