Howdy! I am Hank and I’m eager to fill your life with love and so much fun! I am 8 years old and I weigh 31 lb. My sister Chloe and I were walking down a rural road with another dog (abandoned, we say) when a Good Samaritan came across us and loaded us up looking for our owner. Well, wouldn’t you know it, when our owner was found, they didn’t want us any longer. What kind of a howdy-doody is that? Wouldn’t you say we are both actually better off to be in search of a new forever loving home? Thanks to Forever Loved for making this happen. I know how to sit on cue, but truthfully have trouble obeying the cue when I’m super excited, I walk on a leash, and I am very friendly with everyone I meet. I think all kinds of people are fun and love meeting them! I am a Beagle/boxer mix, and yes, I will sound an adorable hound bay when I hear or see something, but honestly, I know when to quiet down and happily be calm. I love love love treats, and will give you my undivided attention hoping to earn them. I'm kind of silly because I will chase the ball, but I won’t grab it and bring it back for another toss. I have been checked out by the vet and my bloodwork came back looking great. I'm house trained and I’ve been really good with other dogs, unless they are jerks, then I will bark at them! My teeth are squeaky clean and my breath is fresh as can be. I promise to bring a double dose of life and fullness into your household, even if its just me!
