Roxy is still young but she is surprisingly independent. She has learned to enjoy her own company. She loves cuddles, treats, TV, stuffed toys, and belly rubs. She drinks water like a fish! She's a smart girl who knows the sit, come, no, down, and off commands. She knows that "in" means to go into her kennel. She is used to being crated four hours a day. She's still working on house training and sits by the door when she needs to go out. She is friendly, playful, and jumpy with children as young as four. She is not fond of cats. She might be friendly and playful with some dogs but is cautious and fearful of others. If you have a dog, you will need to bring it to meet her to be sure they get along. She barks at dogs she meets during walks. She weighs 26 pounds and is very active. She likes agility, car rides, running, tugging, toys, walks, and water. She leads and jumps while on a leash. She is protective of her home and family. She is intense, excitable, curious, and affectionate. She was given up because of her behavior around the other dog in the home. Both of her owners have said she can jump a four-foot fence. She got into trouble for chewing and racing out the door. Please offer this lovable social butterfly the home and family she needs.
