Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Coco is four years old and has been with the same family since he was eight weeks. He has gone through obedience and behavioral training and listens to commands such as sit and stay. His recall isn’t the best. He is crate trained and house trained. He walks well on a gentle harness leash otherwise he is a puller. He is furry so if it’s warm outside, a one mile walk or less makes him tired. He is a big boy.
Over the years he has developed some reactivity, anxiety and resource guarding issues around children, that unfortunately we have been unable to resolve with training, behavioral vet help or medication. He is a great dog, playful though not a cuddler, loves smaller dogs but not bigger dogs, and would do best in a house with no kids or with older teens only. Another smaller dog in the house should be fine but no cats.
If you can find it in your heart to to give this big bear a chance, his current family would be immensely grateful.
