Hi, I'm Tippy. I am a young little lady about a year old and 28 pounds of pure happiness. You see, I was tossed out in the street like garbage because my humans didn't want me anymore. I am very affectionate and love attention. I am the perfect lap pooch. My foster family is taking wonderful care of me and they show me so much love. I hope that I soon can find my forever family to adopt me.
