My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Allister! Have you ever seen a more handsome boy? Allister is around 4 years old and cant wait to go home! He loves his playtime in the yard and loves a good hike! NO dogs or cats for Allister as he can be very reactive at times.
It would be best that Allister goes home with teens and older as he could use some work on his leash walking skills and can get jumpy at times. If you're interested in Allister, fill out an application today!

Additional adoption info

Matchmaking is what we love to do. We do our very best to find the best fit for the pets awaiting adoption at the Rhode Island SPCA. The first step to adopting a dog from the Rhode Island SPCA is filling out an adoption application. If your application is selected, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to schedule a meet & greet. Because of the volume of applications we receive, sometimes we can only respond to the selected applicant. You are always welcome to contact us anytime about the status of your application at adoption@rispca.com.
