Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This adorable nugget is Aurelia!
Quick Facts
Breed: Terrier mix of sorts
Estimated Birthday: 12/01/2023
Size: Currently 10#, will likely be less than 30# as an adult.
House-Trained: Working On It
Meet Aurelia! She's a spunky little girl. She loves to run and is often found zooming around the yard. Aurelia came to C2CND after being caught from the side of the road with a couple of her friends. They were all taken to the vet and checked over for any injuries and was given a clean bill of health. Like any puppy she has typical puppy needs which include running, hopping, jumping off the back of the couch and of course chasing her favorite ball through the room. Aurelia currently lives with other dogs so gets along great with any dog of any size. She's the smallest in her current foster home with a foster brother well over 100 pounds and this little lady has no problem keeping up with him. Like any typical small dog Aurelia has no problem letting everybody know she's "big" when she first meets them but quickly melts into anybody's arms. She has not been tested around cats but based on her personality her foster mom believes she would do fine with cats if introduced properly. Aurelia has not been around children but we believe she would do amazing with respectful children. Being the curious little girl that she she will not hesitate to investigate a gap in a fence so securing all fence gaps is very important with this little rascal.
Aurelia is still learning how to be an effective member of the family so training will be required. She will need some leash training to help her master going on long fun walks. Due to her size and young age she will need some reassurance that other dogs are safe when meeting. She's your typical puppy, jumps and has very little manners. Isn't a biter and won't chew your hands. Given a chance, she will steal your slippers and run with it, but is otherwise quite perfect. She sleeps through the night in her crate and while her foster parents are at work without any complaints.
