My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tully is new to the shelter and we're still getting to know her. She seems if very affectionate and is great on a leash. She is on the smaller side, 40-45 lbs, and about 1.5 years old. Tully has also been great with other dogs in all her meet and greets so far.

We encourage you to meet the furry friend you are interested in before filling out an application.

Meet the Pet

Submit Application

Once you find the furry friend you want to adopt, a quick adoption application will need to be filled out.

4.
Approve Application

After the application is submitted, we will review it and contact you if your application is chosen.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Once your application is approved, we will contact you to finalize the adoption process!

All that is needed for the adoption application is a
**valid driver license**

We are located at 1600 Johnson Road in Petersburg, Virginia.
Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 10am till 3pm.
We are closed Saturdays and Sundays (as well as holidays).
However, if needed before or after hours, please give us a call!
