Nina is a sweet and beautiful adult lady who was surrendered to the shelter by her family because they could no longer afford her. Nina loves people and enjoys attention. She rides well in the car and is well behaved in the house. She has not had accidents in her foster home, in spite of all the stress from losing her home, living in the shelter and moving into another home. all within a couple of weeks. Nina is afraid of some dogs, especially the more pushy ones, and she will bark if she feels threatened. She likes the company of the calm and friendly older shepherd in her foster home. She would do well as the queen of the home or with a calm, gentle male. We have not had Nina around cats yet. Nina is up-to-date on shots, spayed, heartworm negative and on prevention. Nina is looking for a family to love forever.
It is our policy not to place our dogs into homes with young children, no exceptions. The adoption begins with the adoption application: we do not have the manpower to respond to detailed inquiries before we receive the application. Our adoption procedures are described on the home page, please read them carefully. A donation of $275 is required at the time of adoption. If you can offer our sweet lady Nina a loving forever home, please submit an on-line application by
