Meet *Waggo* Waffles
Affectionate, snuggly Waggo Waffles seeks his furever home!
This charming little golden nugget is a 4-year-old, 16-pound Chihuahua mix.
Waffles has a heart of gold and loves to snuggle and play. At first, he might get excited
thinking you might be his person. When greeting his favorite people, he can get very
wiggly and might even give a little nip out of pure enthusiasm. Don't worry: He settles
down quickly, then it's all happy snuggles!
Waffles would do best in a home with someone who can shower him with affection.
When left alone in his pen, he might cry at first – but rest assured, he calms down and
sleeps soundly through the night. He wants you to get your rest, too. He also isn’t a picky eater: He just wants to finish his dinner and get back to snuggling!
Waffles is a lively little guy and enjoys his squeaky toys. He's also still making progress
with learning basic commands but has almost mastered house training, so he would appreciate your
coaching and patience.
While he gets along with other dogs, he craves to be the center of attention. Due to his
initial exuberance, Waffles might not be the best fit for small children or those with
balance issues.
Are you looking for a loving and loyal companion? Waffles could be your perfect match!
He promises to bring lots of fun, love and joy into your life. If you are interested in
meeting him, please fill out an application at www.beourpet.org/adoptions.php.

Umbrella of Hope is an all-volunteer, donation-run, non-profit animal rescue based out of Pittsburg, CA that rescues animals from local shelters, places them in private foster homes, provides them with needed medical care and then finds them new homes.
Also, ask us about our seniors for seniors program, where we adopt animals 5 years or older to qualified homes with a $5 donation as an adoption fee. All animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, treated for parasites and given any additional treatments (dental work, bloodwork etc) as recommended by our vet.
Adoptions to veterans of the US Armed Services are ALWAYS free to thank you for your service.
We thank Well Pet Vet Clinic for providing most of our veterinary services and give a special thanks to volunteer photographers Tanya, Barbara, Kristy, Christine, Teressa and Natalie.
We are on all social media at @umbrellaofhope and we invite you to follow us and share which helps more people see and adopt our pets.
