My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sully, a 2-year-old male Australian Cattle Dog in search of a loving home. Despite his chunky build, Sully is full of energy and loves adventure. He`s a good boy who needs a bit of help with manners and requires daily medication for allergies. Sully was an owner surrender, but now he`s ready for a fresh start with a new family. Ready to give Sully the forever home he deserves? Come meet him today!

More about this shelter

The Aberdeen Area Humane Society serves the northern South Dakota and southern North Dakota area. We are here in the interests of animal welfare. We place homeless animals into good homes as well as rescue animals from abusive situations. We have a shelter facility just southwest of Aberdeen and house many animals while we try to find them good homes. We are a non-profit organization and are funded by memberships, donations, fundraisers and adoptions.

If you suspect an animal is being mistreated and/or abused, contact us. We will investigate or refer to the appropriate agency. Your call can be kept confidential and we will handle the rest.
