**Meet Lisa (Formerly Ziba) - Your Shy Sweetheart!

Animal ID: DC00153

Name: Lisa
Breed: Mixed Breed
Age: 3 years old (Born on 2021-08-07)
Weight: 16.2kg
Gender: Female
Health: Fully vaccinated, including rabies, and dewormed. Spayed and microchipped.
Color: Brown, Black

Lisa isn't just a dog, she's a precious gem waiting to bloom. Formerly known as Ziba in Taiwan, this 3-year-old mixed breed is ready to find her forever family.

**Health and Care:
- Up-to-date on all vaccinations, including rabies
- Spayed and microchipped
- Perfectly polite at mealtime and uses doggy absorbent pads for indoor bathroom needs
- Enjoys leisurely walks outdoors but prefers to do her business inside

**Personality Highlights:
Lisa may start off shy, but once she warms up to you, she becomes the most loyal and well-behaved companion. She's a good listener and follows leash commands with ease, never darting off impulsively. Quiet and serene, Lisa is not one to make a fuss, preferring to observe the world around her. Her gentle eating habits and patience make her a joy to have around, and she's a pro at using doggy pads for indoor bathroom needs.

**Ideal Family:
Are you a patient and loving family looking for a furry friend? Lisa is the perfect match! She gets along famously with cats, dogs, and children, making her a versatile addition to any loving home. While she may need a bit of time to adjust initially, Lisa's heart is full of love waiting to be shared. A little extra love and patience in the beginning will help Lisa blossom into the devoted companion she longs to be.

**Rescue Journey:
Lisa's journey to find her forever home started with a chance encounter with the Animal Rescue Team Taiwan(ARTT) during a mission in a rural area. Found as a lone pup without siblings or a mother in sight, the volunteers couldn't bear to leave Lisa alone. Worried about her survival, they brought her back to safety and care.

Now, Lisa is eagerly waiting to find a loving family to call her own. Will you be the one to open your heart and home to this sweet and shy sweetheart?

If you're ready to offer patience, love, and a forever home to a gentle soul, contact us today to meet Lisa (Ziba) and make her a cherished member of your family!

Savedogcat Org is a foster based, euthanasia-free, humane animal rescue non-profit organization.

More about this rescue

We are a group of regular people living in Toronto, brought together by destiny under a mission to save displaced pet lives. Though the strength of one is limited, our combined courage makes it possible to guide these small friends through life’s difficulties. Let us treat their illnesses, restore their trust in humans, and foster sympathy in our communities.

Animals give their all for human beings. Over many years, we have seen dogs who sacrificed their lives for their owners. We have seen cats accompanying and comforting their depressed caretakers. If their owners pass away, these pets mourn the loss with genuine sorrow. They try their whole lives to love their owner and the people around them, remaining loyal even through abandonment. They show their love through actions, as they cannot use words to express themselves. To them, we humans are everything. Therefore, it is our duty to recognize and repay this devotion.
