My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chorizo is adorable and correctly named because he has a long sausage like torso and tiny legs. He’s got a big dog head and little tiny legs, like a corgi.

Chorizo was found in the El Paso desert with another dog. He is able to bunny hop and gets so excited he will run laps.

He’s superb at cuddling. His hair will be on everything because he’s fluffy and so soft. He has been sweet with a cat, kids who are quiet.

He seems to be anxious or fearful with loud noises and voices. So screaming children will make him run to his kennel, he has had submissive pee with a large loud male. In a calm, steady environment he had no issues.

He has some scavenging ability and will use it if needed but he prefers any food he’s given. He will pull in a leash but doesn’t with a gentle pinch collar.

He’s been a delight and with some stability will meld into most households.
