Hobbs was found at a gas station in Hobbs, NM on St. Patrick’s Day (3/17/24) as his foster Dad was traveling through town. The gas station attendant said he’d been there for hours and suspected they were dumped.
Foster Dad took to Facebook and the New Mexico Husky rescue but our only lead on an owner this far has been a comment on a Pet Lost/Found Facebook group where someone stated they believed he belonged to a homeless person in the Hobbs area.
Hobbs has since been to the Vet, has been neutered and is ready to find his forever family. He’s a big love bug and enjoys waking up with cuddles (and wrestling). The Vet believes he is about 2 years old and is in good health.
Hobbs is a big baby. He is very curious about everything.
Hobbs loves making friends at the dog park but we believe he’d be best as the only dog in the home. He’s very curious about playing with cats and doesn’t understand why they don’t want to play with him back.
