My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Brownie is a shy 4 year old male neutered Pekingese mix dog who needs a quiet home with other friendly dogs to gain confidence and to play with. He is pretty good on a leash but a fenced yard would be best for him. Brownie was part of a hoarding situation and is still learning to trust humans. He’s most comfortable around other friendly dogs and will learn house rules and routines with guidance. He is house trained and does not need crated if he is let out several times a day. He does not like to be handled but will allow belly rubs once he’s comfortable. He is good with cats but would be best in a house with no young children as loud noises scare him. A portion of his adoption fees have been sponsored by a friend of Hope Highway.
