Meet Gallette; this shy girl is looking for a patient, understanding home. Gallette has known nothing but uncertainty in her young life, finding herself at a high kill shelter, where her life was on the line, to finding sanctuary at a new rescue, with new smells, sounds and dogs. Gallette is misunderstood and confused; she doesn't understand why every human she has started to trust, has handed her off to someone else, where she has to start again. This girl tries her hardest to overcome her fears, but in a noisy rescue environment, it proves hard to do so. If you think you have the time, patience, and understanding to give a young dog, with so much love to give and receive, please consider applying to meet and or foster Gallette today!

Look through our adoptable cats or adoptable dogs online or come to our weekend adoption events:

Step 2: FILL OUT AN APPLICATION
Fill out an application at wagsandwhiskerspetrescue.com and
call to schedule an appointment 530-895-8888

Step 3: APPROVAL, PAYMENT, & PICKUP
Your new family member can be picked up if you're approved and the animal is spayed or neutered. Payment of the adoption fee is required to reserve the pet. Adoption fees vary for each dog, puppy, cat and kitten.

Wags and Whiskers Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit all breed, NO KILL, animal rescue organization, incorporated in August 2015. We are a primarily volunteer driven group with a number years experience with animals and rescue. Our mission is to rescue, foster, rehabilitate and rehome, abandoned, abused and unwanted animals in Willows and Chico, California.

We rescue animals at risk of euthanasia in shelters, as well as those surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of abuse or neglect. We are committed to helping the most needy, as well as the readily adoptable.
