My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bella! 🐾

Bella is a German Shepherd & Great Pyrenees mix, born on February 11, 2023 into rescue and still hasn't found her forever home! One of six survivors from a litter of twelve, Bella is now looking for her perfect forever home.

Weighing approximately 80 lbs, Bella is smart, sweet, and full of energy. She’s a fast learner, highly food-motivated, and loves to go on walks and hikes. Like her siblings, Bella adores water—her favorite pastime is turning the water trough into her personal pool!

Bella has a gentle soul, a calm demeanor, and walks beautifully on a leash. She would thrive in an active home that enjoys outdoor adventures. To keep her safe, we recommend a secure, 6-ft fenced yard.

Ideal Home for Bella:
🏡 A family that enjoys walks, hikes, and outdoor activities
🚫 No small children, small pets, or farm animals (she hasn’t been exposed and may have a chase instinct)
🐕 Bella enjoys playing with her siblings but should be fed separately from other animals, as she doesn’t like to share her food.

Bella is fully vetted, spayed, and microchipped. She’s also kennel and crate trained for quiet time.

Donation
Since ALL of our funding is from donations (we are not supported by a government agency), fundraising and a few spay/neuter grants, we always need monetary donations and food and supply donations including straw and bedding material. With winter coming we could really use some more dog houses and tarps (used is welcome). Used crates are also always needed. Pick up can be arranged within a reasonable distance. Thank you for your support.
