Leroy was part of a large intake where we helped out a local farm that had been having issues with people dumping cats at their property. The farm owners had been doing the best they could with providing for these poor souls but simply couldn't keep up. When we were contacted for help from one of our own volunteers, we assessed the situation at hand and offered to take in as many as we responsibly could care for at that time. All would need a routine check-up, testing for FIV/FeLV, vaccines, and a spay/neuter - it was a lot to ask, but here we are with the first of the group ready for adoption.

Leroy is quite the looker don't you think? Such a handsome young guy! We just can't get over how stunning he is - but that's the least of his fabulousness. Leroy loves attention and will quickly flop over for a belly rub, nuzzle up for some head-to-head contact, make some cute chittery noises to show you his affection, and practically melt into your hands as you give him chin scratchies. He is such a love!

Even though Leroy came from a place where many cats where part of his everyday life, he really prefers to be a single fella. He's gentle and sweet. So trust us when we say you'll want to scurry in and meet him if he's catching your eye, because we doubt he'll be here long.
