My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shadow is a 2.5 year old female Dutch Shepherd mix who weighs 48 lbs. She is extremely shy around new people given her background of coming from an abusive home and will need a patient adopter to allow Shadow time to warm up at her own pace. However, when she opens up to you she loves hugs and cuddles from her humans. She loves being outside and seems to enjoy car rides as she will sit and wait to go into any parked vehicle. Shadow is great with other dogs and older kids but no cats for this sweet baby. She’s already house trained and crate trained. She is wonderful on a leash and will sit on command for her treats. Shadow would love a family who can continue to show her the love and trust she deserves!

Shadow is spayed, fully vetted, heartworm negative and microchipped.
