Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Temperate, Affectionate, Gentle
Fill up your basket with our sweet Fruits Basket! This tabby girl is ripened and ready to go to her forever home.
Fruits Basket is a lovable girl who prefers to be in the same room as her person. She's a snuggle bug and wants to warm up on her human's tummy! If Fruits Basket isn't getting any attention, she'll be gentle with her persuading. She'll give you gentle nudges until you agree to give her some pets!
Fruits Basket is a bit of an introvert. She's not prone to play and she would likely thrive in a home with low traffic. However, she'll definitely speak up when she's ready for food! An important note for Fruits Basket's future human: she's a gummy girl! Fruits Basket has no teeth but she still loves to eat.
Fruits Basket has tested positive AND negative for Feline Leukemia. This means it is very likely that she is FeLV regressive. FeLV regressive cats typically live a normal lifespan with few symptoms and are at low risk of developing FeLV-related issues. They are, for the most part, just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Fruits Basket can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine!
Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about Fruits Basket's care.
All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed, or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
