**GENTLE SENIOR GUY LOOKING FOR HIS BEST FRIEND** Rip is a very special kitty. You don’t come across a cat like him every day. No matter what he has had to deal with, he is a very happy, sweet boy. He just needs a patient person to love him. He may take a little while to open up, but once he does, he is really the sweetest cat. He doesn’t love his body touched, but he will constantly rub himself on you. He loves a good head and neck scratch. Rip likes everything a certain way. He’s very particular. He likes to pick a certain spot, and that spot will be his go-to. He will most likely yell at you until you go and sit with him in his spot. He likes a quiet place but he does not like to be alone. He will sit with you all day long, rubbing on you non stop. He demands wet food every morning, and he is a very messy, drooly eater, but it’s very endearing. If you are lucky, he will even share his drool with you. He will play with a wand toy for a few minutes, but he prefers to just sit back and relax. Sometimes he likes to stare at himself in the mirror for a few minutes. Whoever decides to welcome Rip into their home will be extremely lucky. He makes great company, and you’ll never feel alone with him. He will always remind you of his presence with a gentle head rub.

Puppy Kitty NYC was founded in the Fall of 2014. As of July 2018, we are an official 501(c)(3) organization. We focus on three aspects: First, finding homes for abandoned or friendly street cats and kittens. Secondly, attempting to control animal overpopulation by spaying and neutering feral cats and helping the sick and injured. Thirdly, fostering is a must.
