My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾❤️Adopt Dempsey! ❤️🐾

Dempsey is a young boy under 2 years old. He is super chill in the house, low key and always seeking a spot in the sun. ☀️He is a young boy who benefits with doing food puzzles, playing with toys, working on fetch, practicing commands and going on walks. His foster parents have discovered that he loves the water. He is a great dog to take on walks or hikes as he loves to explore. Dempsey loves all people and gets a lot of attention on walks.

He is crate trained, housebroken, microchipped and UTD on vaccines. He is both dog and cat friendly. We are recommending an adult home or kids 13 and up as littles will be too much for him. His adopter will receive follow up training sessions with our trainer!

More about this rescue

Pitties and Pals Rescue, Inc. is (a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit). Our mission is to rescue dogs and educate the public. Although our main focus is the bully breed, we are committed to all dogs in need. We believe RESCUE involves a multitude of approaches that includes liberating dogs from at risk situations, whether in a shelter or with an owner in need of assistance. While adoption is always the ultimate goal, we believe transitioning into foster care allows for socialization and training that are key components to a successful placement.

Pitties and Pals volunteers are also committed to changing the negative public perception of the Bully Breed. As such, we welcome opportunities to heighten awareness and enhance education in a public forum through our personal stories and positive experiences.
