Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Ally--BEAUTIFUL!!
This is Ally who is a three year old Labrador Retriever/Wirehaired Pointer. Her parents were both purebreds and the intent was for them to never meet. OOPS! As you can tell she is well loved and cared for. Her owner has hit a patch of bad luck and needs to deal with some personal issues that will take longer than is fair for Ally to be in limbo. All is crate trained and sleeps in her crate all night without a peep. She is housetrained as long as you don’t leave her alone for 8-10 hours at a time. Ali is a great companion dog for sure. She loves to go for hikes and on adventures and greats everyone with enthusiasm. Really a gem of a dog! She does know sit and sometimes stay. In her excitement she will jump so probably not really young children so she doesn’t knock them down. Her energy is what you would expect from a dog her age and breed. We don’t want Ally to have to sit in a crate for hours on end as this would dampen her spirit. We will have a few videos soon. If you are interested in adopting Ally, the best way to begin is to EMAIL STORKWOODS@COMCAST.NET for an application. This is the BEST way to get the ball rolling!
We have foster homes in several areas. Transport is available.
