My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cho is STILL waiting for someone to give him a shot. This sweet boy deserves an opportunity to be someone’s best bud. 9 year old Olaf (better known as ChoCho, Cho, or Choseph) may appear aloof at first, but he just needs to make sure you’re a trustworthy person. Once you have proven yourself, Cho will reward you with outstanding dedication. He’s a bro’s bro, wanting to hang out where his favorite people are. He definitely prefers to be the main squeeze- having people’s attention available to him when he wants, unhindered by other distractions like dogs, cats, and small children, but may do well in a household with another, disinterested pet. Cho is an excellent cuddle companion and will melt your heart when he chooses you for a lap nap. Cho will always let you know when attention is needed with an adorable head flick and a “hey!” in his sweet soft voice. If he’s had enough, he will let you know the vibes are off with his world class side eye. Even though this handsome man is considered a senior, he has a hilarious goofy side when you break out the laser toy! He gets giddy and sprints up and down the hallway to chase it. ChoCho is quite the character and a great friend, given the chance to let his personality shine.

All of our cats come spayed or neutered, microchipped, and with age-appropriate vaccinations. Senior cats have an adoption fee of $100. If you would like to apply to be a forever home for this cat, please fill out a statement of interest at www.alternativehumanesociety.com. Unless otherwise indicated, all our cats and kittens are best suited for indoor-only life.
