Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Whitey is a 5 year old, 55 pound, bulldog/pit mix. I'm just going to share what Officer Carpentier said "When this dog came in he was very vocal. Everyone said "oh I don’t know about him". I sat with him that next day and within 10 minutes, he was licking me all over. Then I introduced him to the rest of the staff. Whitey and I are best friends here at the shelter now. I will probably cry when he leaves but I just want people to give him a chance and get to know him like we did. Even though he sounds like a t-rex, I promise he’s a teddy!! But no cats for whitey 🫣😅! We tried that and he looks at them like a roasted chicken." I can't add anything to this great write-up. In case anyone wants to know, this gorgeous, smiling good boi is the same scared dog that was trapped in Bitely.
The adoption fee for dogs is $90.
This fee includes spay/neuter, deworming, heartworm test, rabies & DHLPP shots, flea & tick treatment and license (for Newaygo County residents).
